Simple To Install.
Easy To Maintain.
MagicPak All-In-One® HVAC systems are self-contained in a single inside closet space, providing easy access for installers and maintenance teams alike. That means less time and hassle during maintenance, simplified replacement, and systems that are protected from environmental elements.
Engineered
For Ease
Servicing MagicPak® units doesn’t require access to the roof for service, making maintenance safer and simpler than conventional units.
Long-Term Maintenance Savings
MagicPak units also offer easier access for repairs and routine maintenance. Since all repairable parts are accessible from the front, teams don’t even need to move the units—simply open the access panel and start working.Simpler maintenance with easy front access to all repairable parts
Virtually no exposure to the elements means reduced system wear4
Protects the building envelope and reduces risk of damage from leak points4
Protected From The Elements
Since there’s no outside equipment beyond our resilient exterior louvers, MagicPak units aren’t exposed to the same wear and tear that conventional rooftop equipment is. That means less risk of corrosion, and since our equipment isn’t anchored through the roof, our units reduce potential leak points in the building envelope.
Optimized For Multifamily
M-Series
The MagicPak M-Series™ offers reliable heating and cooling, combined with flexibility in design and installation, service and comfort. M-Series units have a smaller louver than other like units and are easily customizable to blend in with the building's facade.
