Designed Simplicity
MagicPak All-In-One® HVAC Systems provide greater simplicity at every step of construction. They minimize trade conflict and simplify scheduling, helping to slash weeks out of construction schedules. When deadlines are critical, MagicPak® helps bring buildings to occupancy faster and at lower cost.
Streamlined Specification
MagicPak's all-in-one design means engineers no longer need to specify many of the other parts that come along with traditional split system heating and cooling solutions. Chaseways aren't needed, nor are basepads, external utility connections, disconnects, and allowances for refrigerant lines.
Slash Construction Schedules With Faster Installation
MagicPak units are faster and easier to install than conventional systems, leading to less trade conflict that
can potentially slash weeks out of your construction schedule.
Save up to 1.5 hours3 per unit
Save up to 2 hours3 per unit
No specialty trades to run additional gas, water or refrigerant lines
Can help cut weeks out of your total construction schedule3
Easy To Maintain
As the leading HVAC solution for multifamily properties, MagicPak delivers benefits across the life of the building. That includes maintenance benefits like access from each residential unit, eliminating potential leak points in the building and easing access for repairs and replacement.
Save Tens of Thousands of dollars in repair and maintenance costs over a 20-year period4
Simpler maintenance with easy front access to all repairable parts
Virtually no exposure to the elements means reduced system wear4
Protects the building envelope and reduces risk of damage from leak points4
Consistency from Floor-To-Floor
Since every MagicPak unit is self-contained, there is no variance in electrical supply or other utility connections, regardless of the floor on which it is installed. No allowances need to be made on condensing units due to long line sets and loss of heat transfer to accommodate higher floors.
Minimal Footprint For Any Floor Plan
The minimal 3’ x 3’ footprint of each MagicPak unit helps architects maximize interior floor space and outside square footage for their building. Plus, units are all individually metered so that residents can exercise total control over their indoor environment.
Optimized For Multifamily
M-Series
The MagicPak M-Series™ offers reliable heating and cooling, combined with flexibility in design and installation, service and comfort. M-Series units have a smaller louver than other like units and are easily customizable to blend in with the building's facade.
